The .NET Core SDK cannot be located - Linux (Debian)

As stated on the [wiki](https://github.com/dotnet/vscode-csharp/wiki/Troubleshooting:-'The-.NET-Core-SDK-cannot-be-located.'-errors#general-troubleshooting-steps-on-linuxmac), launching VSCode from the Terminal resolves the error dialog.
