In Zotero you can setup an export at the collection level by right clicking on the collection. You can then import only that data into Obsidian.

Another option is to add the tags in the front matter by adding this at the very top of your template: ``` --- tags: [{{keywordsAll}}] --- ```

Zotero allows documents to be in multiple Collections while your Obsidian Notes can only be one folder so you will need to decide which collection to pick or have duplicate...
