@ablwr it would be great that you can define "failure" for file a bit. It means it needed to be reported etc?

Not contain '-' in qctool file name

Some reason it will break URL mapping for the filename that contains '-' in the qctool file name. I would appreciate that qctool filename does not contain '-' for now....
