Issue in running the code

have same issue v alueError: 'images' contains no shape.!!

cv2.error: OpenCV(4.1.0) C:\projects\opencv-python\opencv\modules\imgproc\src\color.cpp:182: error: (-215:Assertion failed) !_src.empty() in function 'cv::cvtColor'

I am using hik vision's camera and i am getting same error...i think my laptop's processor is not able to load the frames due to very high resolution and frame...
