Verified with building docker container based on my branch [here](https://jenkins.scylladb.com/job/scylla-master/job/byo/job/byo_build_tests_dtest/2261/) and docker artifacts based on that container passed successfully [here](https://jenkins.scylladb.com/job/scylla-master/job/releng-testing/job/artifacts/job/artifacts-docker-test/6/)
