Trouble using OpenAI ChatCompletion (gpt-3.5-turbo model)

Instead of OpenAI(model_name="gpt-3.5-turbo") you need to use OpenAIChat(model_name='gpt-3.5-turbo'). Note this only works with langchain >=0.0.98
