Any updates on this? Facing the same issue.

I can confirm that 5.0.2-preview works on ubuntu 20.04 with .NET 5.0.3. Maybe it's not working the optimal way, but at least it works, which is better than nothing :)...

So basically if this issue is fixed, and the Status is in Pipeline is "Backlog", it would be released into a future version? I don't really understand the process here...

Can you estimate when is the next release?
