It is not clear if `kopf run` should be executed from my client (MacOS) or deployed as a container so the permissions are taken from the pod service account or...

My initial proposal worked on Mac where arch shows as arm64 but when I tried it on linux/arm it shows aarch64 so needed to add more logic
