I have submitted a Pull Request for live-plugin-manager. If merged, using the modified live-plugin-manager and making [minor fixes](https://github.com/yacchin1205/etherpad-lite/commit/11a02fafb66ec7e3f70437dd09cddf0d789b607d#diff-54a2b5fbeab97d208e87b8167a34f902692bd77327f4f79e0d126d5ded943978R132-R136) to etherpad-lite should resolve this issue.
