openSeaChest_Logs: Add JSON output format to determine if FARM data is available

JSON output is needed for openSeaChest_Logs to check if FARM data is available on the drive (the log page). Something like: `./openSeaChest_Logs --listSupportedLogs -d /dev/sda --json`
