Torch is not able to use GPU; add --skip-torch-cuda-test to COMMANDLINE_ARGS variable to disable this check

same problem here but my set is 12700kf with gtx1080ti, which should be compatible with the default torch version and cuda 11.8 right? Or probably the torch version does not...
