I find this [line](https://github.com/Mxbonn/INQ-pytorch/blob/673463a93b061c8ed147d66f79df26ad2614275e/examples/imagenet_quantized.py#L237) a bit weird: the `quantization_scheduler.step()` should be called outside of the retraining epoch loops I believe? i.e. step while we're advancing `iterative_steps` only

is there anyway to fix this? the problem i'm having now is if you now add zoom in a column chart with datetime xaxis, the zoom result is always off...
