关于优化移动端文章列表卡片布局的建议

在使用文章列表卡片布局2的情况下，移动端设备的头图显示效果比较差，只能显示一个窄条，如下图：  建议布局2在移动端设备上不显示头图，或调整头图的显示形式，或增加关闭首页文章列表头图显示的功能。

BUG反馈：图片放大浏览功能会导致图片无法居中

图片是jsDeliver的外链图片，开启图片放大浏览功能后无法居中，无论是段落居中还是图片居中都不行，关闭之后才可以正常居中，且鼠标放到图片上后会出现一条黑线。
