Yes I have had the same idea. I think one css file is enough, eg. `config/custom.css` and then save it could be saved to public/css/custom.css
Agreed. It would be more customizable if its in its own config file like the mathjax
Sure. Just as long as it can be disabled for users that dont need this. Default enabled is fine as long as it doesnt break any default markdown syntax.
You should be able to scroll inside the navigation, but maybe it's not too obvious and need a scrollbar
