token expired 的时候，没有抛出json，直接html了，Unauthorized

**BUG描述** 过期的token请求直接抛出html的Unauthorized和401 的错误code，ExpiredJwtException这个异常没有被抛出和捕捉到，这样客户端无法判断是否token过期去refresh token请求，现在是无论是token错误还是token过时都是401，是不是有点糊弄啊，亲

根据官方溯源合约Goods.sol java sdk 调用 getTraceInfo 方法，抛出错误： cannot decode in decodeMethodToObject with appropriate interface ABI: methodName = getTraceInfo 版本：rc3 abi方式一样报错，webank一键部署rc1版本也出现同样提示，类型转换错误，从而导致不能decode
