I have a list of Bitmap file collected from industrial camera, I want to encode to mp4 file (supports GPU encoding). I don't know how to convert bitmap data bytes...

LOSS is zero when training on RTX4060

  I change make file to SET (DARKNET_CUDA_ARCHITECTURES "75;80;86;89") Darknet can run on RTX4060, but after about 300 iterations, the Loss is always 0, the system running on RTX3060...
