Declaring symbols as `json_weak` shouldn't be mandatory.

It's pretty strange that this library defines all the weak symbols that it does. I can't think of a good reason for it, and I can think of many downsides......

Would you take a patch adding conditional `extern "C" {}` blocks to the headers? Thanks for the great project either way.

Links to `bluenoise.bin` and `bluenoise.trimmed.bin` are dead

The links to `bluenoise{.trimmed,}.bin` in https://github.com/prideout/par/blob/master/par_bluenoise.h#L9-L10 are dead, making the library unclear how to use.
