It's a WARNING, not an ERROR. Have you tried clicking 'unerline [More info]' ? You can run unsigned executables without signing.

On Windows 11, Neovide (v0.13.1) had a DirectX issue. So I used the --opengl option. But after installing rust-init (v1.79.0) and LLVM (v18.1.8), neovide (v0.13.1) works fine without --opengl option.
