Gene importance for defining cell types

May I ask, how to extract "importance of genes" for defining different cell types?

@xuranw I would like to ask the same question as @tuhulab. Additionally, I would like to ask how to extract the symbols of the gene markers that have been used to determine cell-type fractions.
