Missing cell types in music_prop() output

Hello,

Thank you for developing this package. I am following the vignette and running into an issue with missing cell types in the output of the music_prop() function. I only see 13 cell types (the same 3 cell types are missing consistently from the output). I tried specifying the cell types using select.ct but I still have the same problem.

Any help with fixing this would be highly appreciated ! Thanks a lot.

I have the same question! The input is 13 cell types, but the music_prop() only returns 12 cell types.
