XIRR for non-periodic cash flows?

Both [Excel](https://support.office.com/en-us/article/xirr-function-de1242ec-6477-445b-b11b-a303ad9adc9d) and [LibreOffice](https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Calc_Functions/XIRR) provide XIRR to calculate the IRR for non-periodic cash flows. Do we have a plan to add this feature?

Using \DeclarePairedDelimiter offers much more benefit such as auto scaling of the paired operator. See https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/94410/easily-change-behavior-of-declarepaireddelimiter for some examples.

Suggest timeout in the second arg, not last

Timeout specified in the last argument is deprecated. The [doc](https://vitest.dev/api/#test-api-reference) says: > Vitest 1.3.0 deprecates the use of options as the last parameter.
