可以尝试在lib目录下重新make,之前我遇到过no module named cpu_nms,就是这样解决的,另外需要看一下Makefile.config里面的内容,不知道你是在cpu还是gpu下跑的算法.

估计是版本的问题,老版的caffe的include以及src下的layer目录下的一些相关文件需要替换.你可以查一下,尝试一下.

可以尝试在lib目录下,make一下,这个问题看起来全是在lib目录下出现的.或者重新下载FPN-master,重新编译y一下caffe-fpn,另外就是也可以检查一下opencv等等安装的是否正确.希望对你有用.
