Indeed. `/debian/?` is though too broad IMHO. I tend to `/debian(/packages)?/?$`. Will also need to check if https://mirror.hetzner.de/debian/security needs to be matched, too, or if that can be left out...

Does it make a difference if you don't define `TMPDIR`? If it makes a difference, that might be missing.
