I can confirm that this issue can be reproduced in 3.6.4. When use low cpu mode, the issue gone, but the clock goes transparent, as well as disable clock taskbar...

Note that when I trigger fullscreen on Netflix, the video splashes several times and then goes black. The splash interval is about 300-800 ms (not sure). Maybe you still try...
