scons installVersionedLib fails if links were already created

It is a scons bug, following http://four.pairlist.net/pipermail/scons-users/2013-May/001382.html

It needs to be updated to the last version of the application

The color of agent attributes is now a lineal gradient from white to red; a user should be able to configure it as now happens with the Raster values.
