JOSM links broken - new format required

Is this supposed to be fixed, I am trying to use a image in JOSM and it is just giving errors. Using a link http://mapwarper.net/maps/wms/21146?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS&version=1.1.1 as given on the export...
