Buttons are positioned vertically when only 2 buttons in menu

First of all thanks a lot for a great lib! When adding only 2 subMenu buttons they are rendered vertically, however I think that they will be better rendered horizontally.

Ability to set custom prefix instead of: "/v1/kv/"

consul allows to have different vaults and have custom names for them e.g.: "/secretvault/dev/" instead of "/v1/kv/". We need to provide the ability to be able to retrieve config values...
