With the introduction of some CMake changes they got broken and it breaks CI too. Migrate CI build to use CMake build.

Provide makefile(s) for MinGW

Apparently the GNUmakefile doesn't work for MinGW and there has been interest for a MinGW build so we need to provide build files that work ideally both for MinGW 32...

Also add this to test suite

Now that the dataset style options are no longer part of the dataset I need to redesign how the legend control works.

That is the themes that are part of the wxCharts distribution. Custom themes are free to provide as little or as many dataset colors as they want.

For instance if there are only 3 datasets to display we can choose more distinct colors than if we have 7.

Redesign the way the x-axis works for wxLineChart

At the moment it only works if there are as many labels as data points. It should be possible to have data points at other positions than the tick marks....
