Anyone who must have port 23 can redirect with local firewall or something instead of running the server with elevated privs.

C64 client - use hardware sprite for mouse cursor

Since the 128 client was made first, the current code uses a software sprite. Lots of flickering, so we need to change this to a VIC hardware sprite.
