C64 client - use hardware sprite for mouse cursor

Since the 128 client was made first, the current code uses a software sprite. Lots of flickering, so we need to change this to a VIC hardware sprite.

this may wait awhile, if at all. While the flicker is annoying, lots of other systems dont necessarily have hardware sprites, so Im in no real rush to do this. It wouldnt take much to do, theres just so many other things to do.
