This KG4205 is an extended card of EBAZ4205. I didn't know more about it, but I can purchase it easily in my country.
据我了解，目前AGM器件综合还是要利用Quartus来完成，布局布线利用Supra，AGM的文档有详细介绍，按照文档操作即可。

Use Supra to flash .prg to AG256SL100. btw, you need a USB-Blaster programmer.
