The first issue should be resolved by [`d2afb65` (#418)](https://github.com/futurewei-cloud/alcor/pull/418/commits/d2afb65c5cee0a8e4ab9ad903e111907bbb3b5e6) by getting rid of DPM global variable, and keeping them local on a message level.

This is the server port defined in NodeInfo. In the future, DPM could communicate with Node Metadata Manager to cache the node info so that DPM could find the target...

Both ACA and DPM needs async support for SB communication. Assign to @haboy52581 for DPM development and @er1cthe0ne for ACA development.
We can hold on for this optimization until the ongoing perf investigation is closed. The priority of this item has been lower to P2.
Thanks @er1cthe0ne This feature request would be useful as we plan to turn on distributed tracing in Alcor.
