libusb_get_max_iso_packet_size() & libusb_get_max_packet_size() return wrong data if device have more then one AlternateSetting

> reports of isoc issues under Windows. Under Windows I occassionally met the similar problem with backend of USBDK. But it's more complicated to debugg it.
