增加桌面小部件裁剪功能

有很多第三方app没有适配MIUI小部件，已经实现了将所有小部件拖拽至负一屏，并且可以自动裁剪适应大小很好。能否实现在桌面上也实现类似的自动裁剪，适应大小呢，同时小部件下方在有字模式下也显示文字。

迷你模式下显示歌词

开发大大，您好！我好像之前的某个版本的迷你模式下可以显示歌词的，个人觉得这样的设计蛮好的，可以看歌词，又不是很占用地方，迷你模式背景下的文字可以看清又美观，桌面歌词可能存在某些界面色调显色很突兀不好看的感觉。因此，建议将迷你模式下恢复显示为“歌手 - 歌曲名”+歌词滚动，谢谢！
