已添加自动保存每次翻译的单词同步到anki 解决了单词本同步的问题 但是目前查看翻译的速度我已配置如下  那其实速度还是会有2s的卡顿 有时候更长 我的vpn速度很快没有延时 也没有下载声音 其实在体验中还有一个小问题 不知道能不能优化  如果能优化一下全部显示 就很棒了 这个可能不好处理 和alfred相关
