Hmm not really seeing anything helpful there, unfortunately I currently am not in a position to set-up a test environment for wine or a wine environment capable of running Anno...

There is still a long standing issue which I personally cannot reproduce and it is somewhat intermittent, which is probably the cause of the initial report #51

I think 0xc000142 happens when a dependency is missing, did you install the vcredist?
