Payment token re-initialization fails with 400 Bad Request after checkout cancellation

@acoumb It's not actually showing up in the Umbraco logs, and if I make a direct request to /umbraco/commerce/storefront/api/v1/checkout/{orderId}/pay/{token} I just get the same error 400 with an empty body...
