@geerlingguy Where do I sign the petition to get PML switched out with GoAccess? That would be awesome if you're still considering it!

With v4.4.0, I seem to be seeing this issue as well with both `shift+plus` and `shift+=` even without using `meta`. The work around above did not work in this case.
