The result of the training is only the upper body is correct, the lower body is not moving

The training data we used is 0005_JumpRope001.bvh on http://mocap.cs.sfu.ca/, and the data file is obtained by BvhToDeepMimic conversion, but after a long training, there is still no problem in the upper body, but the lower body is only bent. But it doesn't move. It has been trained many times. What should I do?

I haven tried training with that motion before. It might be worthwhile to tune the weights in the reward function a bit.
