Request: Let us unpack rars with 7zip as well

As it stands, we're forced to have Winrar installed for the software to auto-unpack .rar files, if it already supports 7zip for .7z files can we not just have it...

Simply put, WEBP frame output turned to Maximum quality mode is actually exporting unbelievably low quality images. 4K frames were coming out at ~55KBs each, with quality worse than Jpeg...
