Yes that's crazy i also need to do it 2 times and now it's ok... pip uninstall gsplat pip install git+https://github.com/nerfstudio-project/[email protected] And now ok !!
Same here, but it' s ok with flux1-dev-bnb-nf4.safetensors . Unfortunately LORA are not working with NF4 tensors yet...
