Mine are V3+ as well. What you see is what I had after Tado did some platform update last summer. Just renaming the devices in the tado app/page and re-adding...

retried a clean setup, still did not work. HA Core 2024.12.0 used.
The only difference between what @PeterHallengreen and me did was the reboot between attempts to fix it and I sometimes did not wait for HA to find the devices itself...
