When updating a server, it's usually necessary to update all of the files and folders, such as `mods`, `scripts`, `configs`, etc.

Did you try using a backup world, in case the world was corrupted at any point?
Do you get the error when not using CatServer? If not, then I'd recommend going to the CatServer Discord for support.
I'm not hosting a Tekkit 2 server, but I know people who use CatServer successfully with Tekkit 2 - that is why I suggested you ask for CatServer support.
