This might have been caused due to a change of world gen mods? 
I can't find the crash log in that game log you sent - any chance you can share just the crash log?
Inside the `crash-reports` folder.
I was able to reproduce it :)

@asiekierka decided today is the day. The fix will be included in the next modpack update!
@CyberGaming424 Can you share your crash log? Edit: You let me know in Discord you are freezing, in this case the issue will be fixed in the next Tekkit 2...
Should be fixed in `1.2.4`, although unfortunately there are other unresolved edge-cases that can cause issues.
Could you try to go to the modpack's installation folder and delete the `crafttweaker.log` file?
