no options for vivaldi browser

I'm using vivaldi browser's latest version in windows the options on right clicking the extension icon are missing. 

getting chat icon (https://pics.freeicons.io/uploads/icons/png/20830632741582956833-512.png) POST at (https://r7lr2ac7xrdvzcn2tjirorp2tq.appsync-api.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/graphql) failed

In order to use the slider user needs to scroll down and then scroll up again to see the data even with browser on full screen,It would be more convenient...
