I updated the script to use 8.10 and was able to move forward.

@tcocca I think that's reasonable. Without this or another fix, it's nearly impossible to upgrade apps using the gem. It would also address issue https://github.com/tcocca/rash/issues/11

I have a similar issue. It doesn't seem that OpsWorks ENV variables are available in the delayed job workers.
