I met a similar situation. The game only created the map folders but did not extract map files into it. I copied them manually, then it worked.

I tried the latest commit, it looks good. Width and height value are correct and contents are rendered.

Thanks for your reply! In fact I have tried to use libsvm together with multiprocessing in Python, but SVM models, as C structs, cannot be serialized and tranferred between processes....

I load a previous snapshot to solve the problem so the affected save is gone. I will upload one if I reproduce the problem.
