fix(QTDI-1345): [TCK]: tJDBCInput with dynamic type not works with the sql which have duplicated column name

build fail not as current fix, seems inside .m2 issue

XMLWriter can't process &#xA and so on well for attribute, always auto escape & char

maybe we can add a new method for XMLWriter, name "setEscapeAttribute"?
