下载奶牛文件时出现 transfer: 24: No such file, link or directory

由于cowtransfer那边一直没有解决奶牛的下载问题，所以一直在用transfer来下载奶牛上的文件，然而今天在下载时候出现了一下问题：  命令是： `./transfer -p 24 https://username.cowtransfer.com/s/file_id` 文件大小在10GB左右，重复多次尝试都出现这样的问题。对版本0.4.16 和 0.4.17都尝试了，都遇到相同问题。 下载速度是在从一开始的接近 100 MiB p/s 一直下降到只有4-5 MiB p/s ，然后下载突然间就自动中断了
