twitter only works for video in case you're trying to download images. you can save images from the app, this functionality isn't needed in cobalt. there's currently no clear fix...

the issue with 0 bytes is not related to turnstile and can be tracked here: #992. turnstile only affects initial access, not downloading. we unfortunately can't help you with turnstile...
